My DD gave us a Smart Dryer (actually it's a clothesline) for Christmas. The problem is....where to mount it
The box shows it being mounted on a ladder, but we don't have a ladder. I don't think we can mount it on the bumper like some of the other clothes lines I've seen mounted, the way this one works I think it would be too low to hang things. There's really not a lot of places on the outside of our TT to attach it to.

The box also shows it can be mounted on a wall and on the rails of a balcony, so this is not just for RV's. It's pretty big, here's the link to CW to see what it looks like 'Smart Dryer'

Any suggestions as to where we could mount this???

I though all Sydney's had ladders. Guess I was wrong. Is there any way to attach it to the outside stove? Tell Butch to put a ladder on the camper, or find an attachment like the RVQ II grill uses to attach it to a camper. I think what ever you decide you are going to have to attach something to the camper to attach the Smart Dryer to. I think I would go ahead and attach a ladder to the camper.

Thanks Leon. I had thought about adding a ladder - that really may be the best solution.

Could a bar be added to the bumper? Lemur added some bars to the tray that he made that went on the hitch.

I'll mention that to Butch and see what he thinks.
I've even though about possibly a bike rack (since we plan to get bikes). The way things are around here right now this dryer rack will probably still be in the box when it's time for the spring rally....with all those great minds gathered in one spot maybe we can come up with some sort of solution. :D

Or, you could use it as an excuse to go ahead and do the other mods you just mentioned ;) .......Ladder install, bike rack, etc. That's usually what happens to me. One mod leads to another, and another, and another........
