I know Lester is smokin a big trinity of the best cuts of cochon et boeuf. He is breaking in his new Pellet Burner today.

I am curious to hear of other culinary adventures on what is arguably one of the biggest cookout days of the year.

Ohhhh man, that sounds and looks good. We are having BBQ boneless pork ribs, home grown corn, and bean . . . Not nearly as exciting.

Carmen I believe your meal sounds just as exciting to me. Plus I bet if you made the gravy it would run circles around mine!

:worthy: Carmen.....

Have fun today!

OK Lester & Billy,

You are making me extremely hungry and my cook (Tony) is in South Florida, while I sit in Georgia with takeout.

You guys have a great 4th and enjoy the food.

Come on Kevin,

If I don't have any left over, I will be cooking more. That cook was 21 straight hours non stop before I turned the smoker off. We have also cooked non stop since Thursday when we bought the grill.

I think my pull behind smokers are going to be jealous of my new Daniel Boone Smoker.

Carmen, you know how much Debbie eats.

We actually have leftovers running out our ears right now. Going to be eating some meatloaf sandwiches for lunch tomorrow.
