Hi everyone, we recently went to New York State on a two week fishing trip. We started at Black lake which is up near the Canadian border then we went south a 100 miles to Oneida lake. Our youngest son had to work so he was not able to come, but middle son made Black lake and our oldest son and his wife came to Oneida Lake. One day we to the Herkimer diamond mine to mine diamonds, only got chips but it was neat experience. Kevin fished , I took pictures. If you would like to see my pics there are in our signature, the slideshow is neat if you have the time. We are nature people so lots of sunsets, my favorite thing.
Can't wait to see you all in the fall. Kathy

Looks like y'all had a great time. As I was watching the slide show, I was wondering if there were any fishing pics. Holy Mackeral (pun intended)!! Looks like you caught a brazillion fish! :fishing:
We are also looking forward to meeting everyone in October!

I wondered if that is where you were. May sound crazy but I've had a 'hankering' to go fishing for a while now but we don't have a boat any more. I'm not very good with worms for bait but I like to be on the lake and catch a few crappie or brim. :) Glad to hear you had a good time. The pics are awesome. Love the one with you with Kobe(?). And I see that your and Kevin are sporting your vacation hats (yours from Destin and his from Outback Crab Shack)

I have had a desire to go fishing since I got my new fishing pole. I hear it guarantees that if there are fish in the area, I'm going to get them.

I hear it also works pretty fast.

Reverie, that's the shortest fishing pole that I've ever seen! However, I'll bet that it is very effective!
