Congratulations Steven! I love to fish and the best fishing days are when you have a child with you and they are catching fish. The excitement and ear to ear smiles are wonderful! Good for you, Reverie, for teaching him to fish. Better hooked on fishing than hooked on drugs.

I sure wasn't the one taking the fish off the hook. Steven is a deprived child suffering at the hands of the most non-fishing adult in North Georgia. Luckily he is surrounded by lots of fellow fisherpeople that enjoy teaching him the essentials of fish wrangling. Even his Mom is better at it than me. My skills are more mechanical. Please note the fish circled in the following photo.

How did he do with his baseball this year ., nick

According to Lamar it was a Large Mouth Bass. Steven's baseball went very well. He hit for high average (which escapes me right now) and his fielding just keeps getting better. He is a bit miffed with me right now because I have shut him down until early Spring so he can decompress and concentrate on his prerequisites. Those are academics and piano.
