I know some of u thought I was a little crazy with the exercise and tri in St. Augustine this past year. It was all working to get to a goal I barely completed this weekend. I did the Great Illini 70.3, `1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run. The wind was howling which sucked the energy out of me for the run. Jerry/ outback mac will laugh when he hears that I went the wrong way on the swim which added some extra distance, about a half to one mile for the swim. Anyway all of u are very special to us and I just wanted to share this very special accomplishment with all of u. Cant wait to see some of u next year.

Congrats Mike. Before I retired from the military, we had to run 3 times a week, and I did it for 23 years.
When I retired I told my self that is one thing I will not do anymore is "run".
I have put on some weight since then so I am on a diet now and "walking" 20 miles a week, but I will never run again.
