As most of you know Denise and I are staying all week at Racoon Mountain for the fall Rally. so my question is this we are leaving that sat and would like to stay somewhere for 2 nights between Knoxville and Chattanooga.

Go the other direction and go to Fall Creek Falls = beautiful waterfalls, remote, with nature.
But, if you're set on staying near Knoxville, I remember that Townsend was a neat town. Haven't actually camped anywhere there before (we stay w/ relatives in the area usually). You can always go primitive and stay at Cades Cove
