Does anyone have experience replacing the tank level gauge on an LP gas tank? I'm looking for whether or not this is something I can do myself.

I'd appreciate your experiences and insights.

Figured I'd add. Here's the faulty gauge. I know it's faulty because it's always read full even when the tank is empty. This would be the second time the tank has gone empty on me so I want to replace the gauge.
