Sites 29, 30, 31, and 32 were my absolute favorite sites; all on end of cul-de-sac; all view of lake.
29 site was our favorite: partial shade; has intense sun afternoon; must detach truck/camper; on lake; fishing/swimming access to lake; concrete pad; wood balcony with lots of space for games or for tent. We didn't back in all the way and had room behind the camper too.
30 was my second favorite site; no access to lake but behind 29 site. Beautiful view in April/October. October was best time for this site.
then they finished sites 41, 42, 43, 44 (concrete with wood decks and widen lots); all view of lake.
Site 41 became my favorite. Could back in and leave truck attached to camper the site is long and big; access to river; lots of room for dogs to run up and down to lake without disturbing others;
best part, RESERVATIONS guaranteed your site. www.recreation.gov

Wow; you guys moved up in the world. Since I can't drive a 27 footer; it is permanently parked. But someday I will have a fifth wheel, but only about 38 to 42......yeh, 50 foot would be hard to get in places. At Stone Mountain, there was only one spot I liked but doesn't fit a 50 footer....yikes.
