With "A" plan prices and rebates I just couldn't put it off any longer! I got an F-350 Lariat, LWB, CC, DRW. It was on a dealers lot about 350 miles away, so I had to wait for it to be transported here. I picked it up at night on Tuesday. I drove it to work before daylight on Wednesday and didn't see it again until dark that night when I drove it home. This morning, I again drove to work in the dark and drove home in the dark. I've owned this truck since Tuesday and I haven't seen it in the daylight, yet! Posted Image Maybe I'll see her tomorrow. I gotta stop working these hours!
Anyway, this truck is awesome! It rides better than my F-150 did. And...it has so many bells and whistles that it will take me a month to figure them all out! I can't wait until I can tow my camper and see what a difference a diesel will make! If I ever get to see it in the daytime, I'll take pics and post them! I

Awesome Joe! Can't wait to see it. I'm sure it will pull that trailer like a dream.

Cool, enjoy not knowing you have a camper behind you. I've been thinking about a truck without spark plugs myself. Do those things crank in the winter? :)

Welcome to the ranks of the smokers. You will never go back. Now you will have to start platting how to buy a larger camper!

Congrats Joe. You have one big monster there in that truck. You will not even know your camper is back there. Can't wait for the pictures. Do I see a fifth wheel in the future?

Thanks guys! This is a great truck! Yup, Leon, there is a 5th wheel in the future. Maybe a Nimitz like yours! :) Nick, the plotting has been ongoing! It don't have spark plugs, but it has glow plugs, so I guess they do crank in the winter! It drives like a dream, so I bet it will tow like a dream. It's rated for 6400 pounds in the bed and 17,500 pounds for a pull behind. My 8500 pound Outback will seem like a feather weight!

I still haven't had a chance to take my own pics, but here is a link to the pics that the Dealer had. https://picasaweb.go...946/My2011F350#
